Passwords in CSCMS are encrypted and there is no way we can
retrieve them. The only way to regain access to your account is by
resetting the password. If you have provided a valid e-mail address for
your user account, you can automatically reset your password and
receive a new one via e-mail. To do that, point your browser to the
login page and click on the get new password
link. You will then be prompted for your user name and e-mail address
on file. Currently, you must have these two pieces of information;
otherwise, you will not be able to automatically reset your password.
