Pop up blockers prevent web sites from opening ("popping-up")
additional instances of your web browser. Many web sites use pop-ups for
advertisement purposes, which has become quite a nuisance and can cause
miserable browsing experience. In other cases, popping up another instance
of the web browser is essential to support certain features, such as information
lookup, calendar viewing or forcing a particular setting of your web browser.
CSCMS needs to pop-up a new instance of your browser to create your main work area and to allow you to
view uploaded documents. In order for it to work properly, you must allow pop-ups. Most pop-up blockers
provide you with the ability to decide if you allow pop-ups for a certain site. You need to allow them
for the CSCMS site.
A variety of pop-up blockers is available and they each differ in their appearance and behavior.
For example, some pop-up blockers will eventually pop-up the browser if you click on the link twice.
Others will do that only if you explicitly allowed pop-up for the blocked site. When contacting our
technical support team, make sure you know which specific pop-up blocker is being used.
